Job Description

TalentBase is looking for an energetic, junior member of the customer success team, who will help our customers derive maximum value from our software. This team has the responsibility of ensuring that our customers are successful, resulting in highest levels of account renewals and expansion.

The customer success  associate will work with our customers every day via email, phone, online meetings, periodic on-site visits, handling product training for users and admin, handling account setup and onboarding and working closely with human resources managers/personnel of our client companies in order to ensure they successfully use TalentBase to manage their HR functions.

General responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and engineering
  • Effectively manage product onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Proactively grow existing accounts by increasing awareness, engagement and product adoption
  • Work with Sales to close renewal business and achieve renewal/upsell target
  • Collect feedback from customers to inform product roadmap
  • Monitor and report customer health through available metrics and assessment of relationship strength
  • Identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by our customers

Desired Qualities

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/success, account management, sales, or other customer-facing role.
  • Upbeat, proactive attitude and the love for helping others succeed
  • Must enjoy the use of technology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a human resources job position is a plus
